Spears mechanics saved our road trip! They fit us into their schedule, diagnosed the problem (rodent damage to spark plug wire), installed the new part and fixed it in one day. They also checked the front brakes, confirmed a repair was needed but that it could wait until we got to Arizona. They definitely went above and beyond to help us out.
